ONR Baggage Car 413 partially shadowed by the car shops, sits adjacent to the Wheel shops collection of spare wheel sets. Built by National Steel Car in 1954 for CN it was aquired by the ONR in 1983. Formerly it served as Via #9604/CN #9604/CN #9232.
